It is our endeavour to provide you with the best services. At N.N. Exports our products go through multiple quality checks to ensure that the product you receive is in perfect quality and undamaged. We believe that every transaction should be pleasant and convenient.

Nonetheless, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the shipped goods then our Return and Exchange policy comes handy. N.N. Exports offers a very transparent and simple 10 Days Return & Replacements policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Return & Replacement Policy:

  1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the N.N. Exports team.
  3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
  4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Packaging and Original/Copy of Invoice, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
  5. Seal should not be opened if you wish to exchange or return. (Each packet is packed after putting a SEAL).

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 90% money paid for the gemstone within the 10 Day period by meeting the above conditions. Note: Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.

Return Policy on Jewelry

For any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.), you can place a return request with 10 (Ten) days of delivery but only 75% of your invoice value will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your loose gemstones order, only 90% of the order value will be refunded.

 If you cancel your jewelry order, we will deduct making charges of 25% off the order value. Only 75% of the order value will be refunded.

If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, we will deduct the certification cost.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
  • Return Shipment is at customer’s cost
  • Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded.
  • Seal should not be opened if you wish to exchange or return. (Each packet is packed after putting a SEAL)
  • Refunds will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

1. When Does the 10 Days Return Period Start?

The 10-Day period starts from the day that you receive your product, as shown by our courier records.

2. I bought 2 or more goods, I like one of them – Can I return the other?

Yes, under our no-questions asked return policy on gemstones, you can indeed return the other product within the 10 day period.

3. I have lost the original packaging, certificate or documentation of the product. Can I still return?

We usually require full original product certificate, invoices, documentations, lab certificates, packaging, documentation, discount coupons, etc. In the absence, of any of these items, you are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, you may still be eligible for a full or Partial Replacement / Store Credit. Please contact our customer support team, with your exact scenario, so that we may assist you.

4. Can I return a gemstone that I purchased and got studded in a ring?

Our Returns policy clearly states that any custom jewelry can be returned but only 75% of the order value will be refunded.

5. I am returning the parcel. How should I send it?

In case you are returning or replacing a gemstone, please take the following steps:

  • Contact Customer Support and get a Return Authorization
  • Ensure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the product like Original Product Packkaging and Original/Copy of Invoice, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
