How to track the order?
When we ship your order we notify you by sending you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders shipped by FedEx are fully traceable and can be tracked on the FedEx website.
Orders shipped by DHL can be tracked on the DHL website. If you requested express shipping, please allow 12-24 hours for the shipment details to show online.
If your order has been shipped by global express airmail to the USA, you can check the status on the USPS website. If you have chosen economy shipping for USA, it often takes 4-6 days before updates are shown online since the shipment is coming from India and needs to be physically scanned into your country’s postal system.
If your order has been shipped by DHL global economy airmail, you can check the status on the DHL Global Mail website.
All other registered mail items can only be tracked on India Post Website. About 7-14 days after shipping, parcels may show in the destination country’s postal website, but some do not (such as Australia and Canada). If you have chosen standard registered mail, it often takes five to ten days before updates are shown online. This is because the shipment will not be entered into your country’s postal system until it has left India and then passed through customs.
Sometimes our email notifications go into the spam or junk folder if we are not added to your list of contacts. Some email providers completely block emails considered as ‘spam’ or ‘junk’, so you may not receive any notifications from us at all. Please be sure to add us to your list of safe contacts if you want to ensure you receive our order and shipping communications. Alternative, you can also log into your customer account and view your shipment and order information.
