The sizes of gemstones may vary sometime but not more than 0.20mm of the size mentioned.
All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.
Stones are in stock and will be dispatched within 1-2 days. If there is no stock, the production time is about 5-10 days. It depends on the quantity you ordered. Please make sure to check the “Shipping Info” on the product screen to see the item’s estimated arrival.
Please contact us within 10 days and attach pictures or videos of damaged products.If the situation is confirmed, we will replace it with new products or refund the money after we received the damaged goods.

We’re a friendly bunch, and we know that sometimes you might just have a change of heart. We accept the returns within 10 days of purchase. Shipping Charges on exchange is sole responsibility of Customers. Seal should not be opened if you wish to exchange or return. (Each packet is packed after putting a SEAL)
Yes We accept Cancellation request but only 90% of the order value will be refunded in loose gemstones and 75% will be refunded in jewelry order.
